Where it Started
Eight years ago, in the depths of unimaginable loss, I planted my first sunflower. What began as a quiet project in the Arizona sun turned into something far greater.
Year after year, I watched those sunflowers rise from the soil, defying the heat, the storms, and the weight of sorrow.
Gardening became a reflection of my own healing—proof that even from the hardest, driest ground, beauty can emerge.
Now, through painting, I continue this journey. Every brushstroke is a tribute to resilience, every color a symbol of hope.
My art is not just about sunflowers; it’s about what they represent—growth, survival, and the quiet strength it takes to keep reaching for the light.
